Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and has no refund implications. You can use it indefinitely with no obligation.

2. Development Phase

During the current development/beta phase, all features are available for free. No payments are being collected. This policy will apply once paid plans are activated.

3. Paid Subscriptions

When paid plans are available:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error — full refund within 7 days.
  • Service unavailability exceeding 72 continuous hours — pro-rata refund.
  • First-time subscription within 7 days of purchase (if no significant usage) — full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@scrutify.in with your registered email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days.
